Most buildings are live in under 10 minutes. We import your unit roster, you invite your board, and residents self-register. No data-migration consultants needed.
Do you handle dues collection?+
Yes — via Stripe Connect. Money flows directly to your condo's bank account; we never hold funds. Supports ACH (cheapest), credit card, and recurring auto-pay.
What about state/provincial compliance?+
Notice periods, voting quorums, and lien procedures vary by jurisdiction. We give you the templates and audit trails, and recommend a local attorney review your bylaws.
Can we cancel anytime?+
Yes — month-to-month, no contracts, no cancellation fees. If you leave, you can download every record in your organization as JSON from Settings → Data export first.
Is our data secure?+
Yes. Everything is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Residents only see their own unit's data — role-based access is enforced on every request. SOC 2 Type II preparation is in progress (target: 12 months after launch). Full details on our Security page.
